files2llm stores: your email and Kinde subject identifier (for account access), API key hashes (never raw keys), and metadata for files you submit (filename, status, timestamps). Uploaded files and their parsed results are held in Cloudflare R2 and tied to your job ID.

We do not sell or share your data. Email goes to no marketing system. Your files and parsed results are visible only to API keys belonging to your account. Authentication is handled by Kinde (kinde.com); we receive only the claims described above.
